To join as an individual, please prepare the following documents:

- Copy of Kenyan National ID or Valid Passport
- Coloured passport-size photograph
- KRA PIN Certificate
- Current payslip (if employed)
- Registration Certificate (for SMEs)
Groups / CBOs / NGOs
For organized entities, the following are needed:
- Group membership registration form (Click here to download)
- Authenticated minutes of resolution
- Constitution
- Registration document/certificate
- Passport photos, ID copies & KRA PINs (officials/signatories)
- Group/Organization KRA PIN
Corporates
Corporate members should provide the following:
- Membership registration form (Click here to download)
- Directors' resolution to join the SACCO
- ID or passport for directors/partners
- KRA PINs (directors/partners & company)
- Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
- Business Registration Certificate
- Coloured passport photos (directors/partners)
